RHODOCHROSITE

A mixed sulphide matrix overgrown by a thin layer of whitish grey calcite over which has developed pale pink spherules of rhodochrosite and on top of these is richly scattered tiny lustrous pyrite crystals.   To one side is a cluster of nail head calcite crystals.
