Shipping And Handling
Goods will be sent first class post within the UK, unless you specify an alternative, for example, Special Delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world specimens will be sent by air mail small packet. Alternatives, for example, surface mail or international sign for, must be specified. The cost of shipping will be added to your invoice total.
Delivery Schedule
Goods will only be despatched on receipt of payment which should be made at the time of placing your order. We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment but on occasions this may not be possible for a variety of reasons. Should we fail to meet our target we promise to despatch your order at the earliest possible opportunity.
Returns Policy and Guarantee
We aim to give satisfaction at all times. However, if you are not satisified with your purchase we promise to refund the full value of the specimen, excluding any shipping costs, subject to the return of the specimen in the same condition as received and within 14 days of receipt.
